PSA question
Hello there, I tried doing a search for this question however I couldn't find the answer. So I have a few hundred cards to send into PSA and I am wondering what the deal is with the "value" part when it comes to submitting. Is this referring to my estimated value or the value I want the card insured for? I guess my main reason for asking this is due to the rather large increase in fees that are charged. For example I am submitting some very nice 56 Topps cards of Mantle, Clemente and the "value" is a lot more if it grades nicely. I hope this question is clear and any input is valued. Thanks Dave

Dave, what I do when I submit cards is I put the value as to what the card is worth in the condition that it is in my hands before I submit it. So basically I will "grade" it myself and use that value. The value aspect is really only for how much insurance you will be ending up paying for when all is totaled. hope this helps

I received it from PSA when I renewed my membership. When you do the more expensive membership selection you receive it. I was really happy with the nice book they sent about the old tobacco cards, really nice quality.
