Hi there. I don't know all of the details of what exactly you'd like to post but what you've posted implies that members here must send money to enter. If you want to post any kind of contest or other activity here involving winners and non-winners, please PM me because SCF rules state you must first obtain approval from the SCF Contest Manager (which happens to be me, lol).

If your bracket pool involves people sending money, cards, etc. to be entered, I can tell you that SCF could get into legal trouble, so that idea would definitely not be approved. That is why I've taken the precaution of deleting most of your post #1. All member-run contests must be free to enter. More info about this can be found in my Gaining Required Approval for Member-run Contests sticky thread. We encourage member-run contests but only with specific conditions.

fwiw, SCF will be running NCAA March Madness brackets (regular and VIP versions) and the winners will win SCF cardcash (maybe even a card!). If you would like to run similar NCAA March Madness bracket contests here on SCF that are free for members to enter, that would be likely to be approved. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions, comments, etc.
