    Donruss Rated Rookie Autographs?

    are they on card? it seems like im waiting forever to get an on card rookie autograph of this years hockey...thanks

    I don't know for sure about the RR autos, but the Tough Times autos are on card, I pulled one of those today. I would reason that they would be on card, but that's just my educated guess.
