I've had two ebay items come in with $0.10 or $0.12 cents due. They just leave an envelope in your mailbox with the amount due. I was tempted to ding their FB for it, but they arrived fine and were shipped properly. The shipping was more than I paid them, so I let it slide, just irritating at the time.
