Shaq...???
Whats up with Shaq? From my understanding he was the second vote getter in the East for the Center Position on the All Star team, But he is not listed on the Roster. I dont think he played last year either.
Why is this?
Did he Decline?
If he declined are you allowed to do that?

Only 1 center can get voted to be a starter. If a player doesn't get voted in as a starter the votes do nothing to get the nod as a reserve.

Yea, I know that, but the last roster I looked at he wasnt on there.
Roster meaning starting lineup or reserve.
I thought it was stoudemire and Howard or Howard and someone else I forget...

Coaches vote for the backup, fans only vote for the starters.
