So, I wrote to UD recently about how dissappointed I was not pulling the stated number of autos from one of my '05 SPA boxes. I didn't really think they'd do anything about it but I was upset and wanted them to know about it.

They must've read my letter though because I received a package from them today with a letter describing how they do the odds and a '05 SPA Nenad Krstic auto'd card. Not anyone big but I was pleased to see that they really do read those letter and try to keep their customers happy.
