Question about beckkett grading
I have this eberle it is pretty rare and hard to find its 08-09 heroes and prospects auto this card just went on ebay for $42. i was thinkning about putting mine up. my card is in great condition and sure of 9 maybe 9.5 and if im lucky 10. I have never graded a card but i think i should with this one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT
My questions are how much would it raise the price if graded 9, 9.5, 10?
has beckket ever lost or damaged these cards?
how much is it to get one graded?
please help me out as i dont know what to do
here is mine trust me the scan is bad cause its in a penny sleeve but its almost perfect

If you grade that one, I would expect
BGS 9 - No effect on value, possibly lower.
BGS 9.5 - Slight increase, probably between 1.5x and 2x on auction - potentially more
BGS 10 - Increase of between 3x and 5x or more
The biggest issue you will face is that the ITG issues are much less collected than the licensed releases, especially in graded condition. I'm not saying that somebody won't want it and I'm not saying somebody won't pay a significant premium. I'm saying the market for a graded ITG autograph is very, very small and you may have to be willing to wait a good bit of time to sell at the price you want.
If you do submit it, I would highly recommend putting a minimum grade of 9.5 on it. A BGS 9 won't really get you anything.

pm sent. i would think that a bgs nine would return identical value as ungraded and 9.5 would most likely return 1.5 times ungraded
