    ebay question

if a buyer doesnt pay for an item within 7 days after the auction ends, are you still obligated to sell it? Do you have to file a npb first?

I had that situation before and I email the buyer first, if i didn't get a response I file a NPB wait a file days and then re-listed the item again.

E-mail buyer, then NPB like mumbotan said.

once eBay declares it dead, then you can re-sell, but don't do it before.
