    Chad Lewis game used patch help?

    Mr. Lewis sent me back my card autographed today, along with patch. Being that he is one of my favorite players, I asked him if he had anything around that was game used, I would LOVE to have it in my collection. He sent me back this neat patch in a plastic baggie. I cannot for the life of me tell what is was from or what it stands for. Can someone help me?
