The Orioles teamed up with BARCS (which is a non-profit animal shelter that helps dogs and cats find homes) and had a really awesome autograph session this past Saturday. Six players were signing before 1 o'clock and the only admission kick was buying the Orioles pet calendar for $15 bucks. All the money goes towards the non-profit and usually the pet calendar sells out anyway due to high demand. It was a really fun event, with a lot of familes showing up and it was a great time. I was able to get the following:
- JJ Hardy (1) SS ROMLB & on Post-Season Program
- Wei Yin Chen (1) ROMLB (his autograph is vertical and not horizontal so it's really hard for him to SS and his signature looks different when it's bunched up, so I didn't ask for SS) & Post-Season Program
- Matt Wieters (1) SS ROMLB & Post-Season Program
- Nate McLouth (1) Topps Card & Post-Season Program
- Chris Tillman (1) Topps Card & Post-Season Program
- Troy Patton (2) 2012 Topps
