I would go the 8x10 route, they look way better if you ever want to frame them, Plus 4x6 and 5x7 are pretty much worthless if you did ever want to sell it compared to an 8x10.

About 95% of what I send are 4x6 photos. They look great and are perfect for my needs. So, it boils down to your personal taste.

The other 5% of the time I will send something bigger if it is a "marquee" piece or an athlete or celebrity that I consider my absolute favorites - those are mostly 5x7's unless it is a superstar that I love (ex: just sent a beautiful 8x10 custom to David Wright that I know will probably never make it back to me). 8x10's are a rarity for me...I have a wife that doesn't want these hanging up or holes in the walls for all of them.

Another reason I may send a larger photo is if I know I can get multiple signatures on it.

I'm not a fan of 4x6 or 5x7's as they are harder to display and don't look good displayed, but people who don't have a man cave type room to deck out in stuff prefer 4x6's to store in books/binders. Like it's been mentioned, it's all personal tastes and needs. I do some 8x10's, mostly 9ers players I can get and NFL HOF'ers, few other mixed ones in there. 8x10's are totally worth it if you plan on displaying them now or in the future.

i'll give the 5x7 or 4x6 a shot but the Brian Wilson studio shot is gonna get the 8x10 treatment

Cost is a factor in determining what to send as is your method of displaying/ storing the photos.I like 8x10s more because they display better (preference) and I find they're easier to store in binders.

I send out for a lot of celebrity autographs, have hundreds in my collection and I just have to say having the 8x10 photo instead of the smaller one just makes it that much more impressive
