To help prevent this. If you are sending just index or something where you may have a hard time telling who it was. On the lower right corner of the SASE put the players initials and also the sent date. That way if you keep a log elsewhere you can just see the initials and date and go back to it and instantly have your answer. Hope this helps you out.

yeah it was from an old log that got deleted from my comp. thanks for the idea of writing something on the sase. a great idea!!
