is this stan musial authentic?
i sent a ball and letter back in 09 right after the all star game
i got my ball back signed but mr. musial but im having doubts about its authenticity
i took in consideration his health and age and it might have had played a factor in the autographs look
its signed in pen

any help is apreciated!

yikes!! That looks nothing like the post card thing he sends back to people. weather those are legit or not who knows. Just saying it doesnt look like my post card.

Your ball could still be legit. Like you said, His health & other stuff, might just be the way he signed that day, who knows.
The cards im 100% sure he signs stacks & stacks at one time & as request come in, they toss one in the envelope. Mine could have been signed earlier or something.

if you have seen any of his autos from this years products you will notice that they all look alot like the ball that you have signed. its just his age....

if you look at the image in the sucess data bank,thier is a ball that was sent to him and the sig. is exactly like yours,i have a ball from a show 5 years ago and it is slightly different!

Here's the ball that I had signed by Stan for his fee:

Based on his age and health, which hasn't been good at all over the last year, I would say your signature is most likely genuine. His signature isn't as strong as once was and has undergone some changes, but I don't doubt the authenticity of his returns.
This is the postcard I received from him a year or two ago. The post-it note was included on it:

Also take naote that signing a ball is a different surface than signing on a postcard....
