I'm sitting with a 10-11 Heroes & Prospects Made to order triple 1/1, and I'm checking their website everyday, I've been waiting for weeks now, when do they release the players you can pick??? I've also emailed their famous great customersupport, with zip&zero answer : (

I would think they would get back to you if you e-mailed them. It what I would have done as who knows when they will put the playser selection up there.

Yes someone else told me that too, I pm:ed dr Price and got a lightning fast reply so that is impressive. They release it today or tomorrow it seems.

Redeeming your Made To Order card is easy!
Send your redemption card and your complete address to the Customer Service address found on the Customer Service page of our website. Use whatever method you prefer to send your card to us. Remember, if we don't receive your card- we can't redeem it. We are NOT responsible for your card until it is received at our Customer Service office.
Made To Order redemptions usually take between 6-8 weeks. The length of time depends on the number of game-used memorabilia cards we have in production at the time of your redemption request.
