My All Star Jam Session experience

I went to the Jam Session at the L.A. convention center (across the street from staples center) yesterday and had a blast. Panini had a booth set up with alot of nice autos on display. They were giving out packs of adrenaline xl too.

Demar Derozan was there for a while. Westbrook was signing in the morning but the line was too long, so I skipped. I did get my Official All Star ball signed by George Gervin, Detlef Schrepf, Ron Harper, Mitch Richmond, and John Starks. Jared Dudley and Eric Bledsoe were signing too but I wasnt interested. All the booths were really fun as were the games they had. Best part of the day was the celebrity 3 point shoot out/Dunk contest. I got to go on the court and help judge the Dunk Contest! lol. That was VERY cool. Heres some pics:

    some HOF stuff on display:

From the auto signings (My Starks pic failed to upload and im too lazy to go back, lol)

Wow! Thats great! Awesome autos you got on the ball. Did you get to talk to any of the celebs while judging the contest? Looks like you had a great time! Congrats!

Not really. I was helping Kerry Rodes (NY Jets) judge so we exchanged some words though.

Nice! I was there Sat and Sunday. I also ran the All-Star 5K where I had my fave experience meeting and talking to one of my childhood idols, Mitch Richmond. I saw him Sunday as well and he remembered me and asked where I got my iPhone cover (random!). They gave out free basketballs, T-Shirts, etc. I left with 3 mini balls, an official FIBA and NBA game ball, shirts andgood memories (along with my best 5K time in a while).

Got cut off the Westbrook line with two peeps in front of me. Saw Blake at the State Farm booth. Thought it was cool to see the car he dunked over the day after the dunk contest.

Monday was cool too with Jamaal Wilkes, Katie Smith and Tina Thompson but Al Horford was pretty cool. Also met Cedric Ceballos and Stevie Wonder who was there at the end of the day.

The best was my sons who had an awesome time. Sounds like you had an awesome experience too!!! can't wait for it to come back to LA!!

Cool pics! I went on Sat & Sun. My wife was watching the celeb 3 pt contest & slam dunk contest, while I was standing in autograph lines. You might be in some of our pics! We were wondering how you got picked for that - getting to sit on the court with the celebs??? Thanks for posting.

(I haven't posted anything yet on here about JS because I haven't uploaded my pics yet.)

Sounds like a good idea! Vegas wouldn't be bad either (or would it?).
