    i think the general plan is to induct people who are done as active wrestlers (aside from promo appearances)
    That explains HHH and Stone Cold- both are done in the ring. I think they knew Rock was coming back, and didnt want to induct an active wrestler into the HOF

    Of course, he would be a heck of a headliner for the HOF class of 2012, it being in Miami
