Fair point, but I think they really didn't expect him to get over, which is why he just kept facing jobbers. It seems like they didn't expect to have a real 'feud' for him, and now that he's over, they have to make a feud for him if they want to continue using him. Bad timing, with Wrestlemania so close, anyone relevant is basically already in a feud.

Assuming MiTB is put back for Wrestlemania this year they could put him in that

I'm sure he's been growing it back (if it still grows) probably just isn't long enough so they're using a wig
