What made the opening so brutal? Usually the opening has always been bad for like the past 10+ years so it had to be extra bad to make it stand out.

Thats true the opening in ring segment is always bad. And I dont know, just this whole Rollins/J & J Security/Kane thing has just been boring for me. And it just dragged on and on with Rollins giving Kane a Hawaiian vacation and giving Noble & Mercury a car.

Yeah I don't really buy Rollins as champion. They had a chance to make it work but he's booked way too weak. Him, Kane, and the stooges I couldn't care less about at this point. He's basically just keeping the belt warm for Brock.

Yeah, Rollins as champion just has not worked at all. Although what do they do if they make Brock champion? Who challenges? After Rollins you have Sheamus? Owens?

I think Rollins has been made to look weak on purpose. Consider that he's another ROH/indy alumnus, like Owens, Cesaro, Bryan, et al. He's being portrayed as a man-child needing help to win the big ones, and treating HHH & Steph like they were surrogate parents, which actually is an embarrassment to them, when you think about it.

What is the WWE thinking???
Ric Flair noted on the latest edition of his “Wooo! Nation” podcast that fellow WWE Hall Of Famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper has been dropped from his WWE Legends deal.
Piper was dropped from his WWE Legends deal as a result of his recent issues with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin over PodcastOne.com, according to “The Nature Boy.”
Stay tuned as we hope to have an update on this story later today.

HOPEFULLY WE CAN SEE MORE THAN THESE BORING BELLAS
While there has been a lot of speculation about the outcome of the current storyline involving Paige taking on Team Bella (Alicia Fox and The Bella Twins), we can now report what the current working plan is.
According to PWInsider.com, NXT Diva Charlotte is scheduled to make her main roster debut at next month’s WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view. Another NXT Diva, likely current NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks, will be debuting alongside Charlotte to help Paige.
There was some discussion of calling up Bayley for this storyline, however she is dealing with a broken hand, so the talk now is that Banks will be the second Diva called up for this angle.

You might think that calling a WWE match is pretty simple. You watch two guys or two Divas go at it, you talk about what you see, you remind viewers what's at stake, you see who wins, and then you yell about the outcome of the match. Boom. Done.
As it turns out, though, there's more to it than that. Much, much, much, much, much, much, much, much, much, much more. Late last night, a lengthy list of rules for WWE announcers leaked on Reddit. It's unclear whether or not the list is legit, but it certainly feels like it is, because many of the guidelines, which appear to have been created by Vince McMahon himself, sound like they're designed to make WWE feel more interesting and over the top.
It's worth noting that it appears as though many of the notes are really old. Some look like they are dated as far back as 2008 or so. But it's still interesting to see them since we're guessing they were never supposed to see the light of day. Scroll down to see how McMahon allegedly wants his WWE announcers to behave while they're on the air...

^ That is very interesting. I wonder how many times the announcers get yelled out during events if they mess up.

Amazes me they put so much effort into being critical of the announce team when the writers are complete garbage and the story lines are awful. That's why people are tuning out not because Lawler calls it a "strap".
