Amount of Championship reigns dont matter in my opinion, Edge has like 11 reigns and his longest reign was 2-3 months maybe? Edge was good, but he was never a huge star..

Taker is only a 5 time champion? He never needed the title, HHH is a 13 time champ or something and yet Nobody thinks he's close to as good as Austin or Rock.

Title reigns mean very little when you have as many as a guy like HHH.

and i'm pretty sure nobody on here thinks he's the greatest of all time..he's just alot of peoples current favorite wrestler..

Miz is gonna be a huge star, the crowd is showing that.

Dan, as much as I do not like Miz, I do agree he is gonna be a huge star, he is still young and barring any serious injuries has a long career ahead of him, I don't think HHH is the greatest but have always been a fan of his, and I do agree that after winning the title so many times there may become a time when it means nothing..Alot of people did not like the DX stuff but to me it showed the funny side if HHH and Shawn...

There are alot of guys like Edge who have won numerous titles and really never became huge stars..

I certianly don't dislike HHH, I've always been a fan..the DX stuff I enjoyed, well until the thing with Hornswoggle, that killed it for me..

My main point was you don't need the title to become a huge star, Undertaker is a huge example of that, while a guy like Edge was given it to help his heel run, but never became a big star.

You are also correct about Undertaker, he did not need the titile to become the star he is, One thing that never made too much sense to me was why they gave him the title then a few days later say he was hurt and needed surgery just to have him lose it..

I also agree about Edge, he was a great heel when he had the title...Ed

Take the belt away from him then. He was so much more enjoyable as a contender. I think the Miz is great but not as champ.
