Staying Classy At The Heritage Classic

For those of you that don't know, I won tickets to the Heritage Classic a couple weeks ago. The owner of the LCS I shop at was kind enough to enter my name in the contest and lo and behold I was a winner.

I managed to make it to Calgary for the game. Between flights and hotel this "free" hockey game cost me $1300!!

All in all I had an awesome time and am incredibly happy I was able to make it there and watch my favorite team play in the outdoor game. I also got the chance to take in the Alumni game on Saturday, which was also awesome. It was cool too see all the old greats play again.

I haven't seen the flames play since I was about 6 or 7 years old. This makes them 2-0 when I'm watching.........maybe they should take me to the playoffs HA HA!

That is some excellent photography! Looks like you had a great time at this very special event. BTW, if you'd be interested in such a thing, I'm sure the SCF Magazine would love a full report of the Heritage Classic weekend!
