Contenders Basketball SP List?
Do they announce SP's for basketball as well? On the manu-patch autos?
Also what does it mean when a redemption player has the word exchange next to his name on the checklist?Last edited by ColtsD21; 02-25-2011 at 06:27 PM.

Yes there are SP's in Basketball, Some print runs are listed and some are not.
Exchange Next to a players name: Means that card was Was a redemption only card meaning it was not inserted into packs of any kind, Happens for a few reasons, 1 Is the player was not available during the Signing Event or Which ever event it was for, Or the Company was late acquiring either the Auto or What ever and was unable to insert them before the product went live which is why they inserted redemptions, Hopefully that helps.Collecting All Current Las Vegas Raiders, Carmelo Anthony, Ken Griffey Jr, Bo Jackson, Frank Thomas.
plus many more, Also any Legend or HOF raider players as well.
Just getting back into the Hobby so not much tradebait but have some stuff just let me know what your looking for and i will see what i have, No trade List Available yet but i am working on one.

Im sorry for my ignorance but ive just got back into collection and keep hearing about SP's; is a "sp" a short print? what is it?

Yes SP's are Short Print's, Read my Statement Above your post and it should clarify some of your questions, Anything that is listed as a SP normally is Serial Numbered but not all are, Sp=Short Prints just means that there was a limited quantity made of a specific card, For Example i have this card below...
04-05 UD All-Star Lineup Lebron James/Carmelo Anthony Dual Prominent Futures Game Used
This card is not serial numbered but is listed as Short Print, I don't exactly know the total print run but its not the same as something that is not marked SP.
