That's amazing!
There are probably two different "S" are there (hence why you have 24)? I could be wrong, but I think because he has two "S" in his name, they have different card numbers. Are they all auto'd?

The Ss are both the same it seems. They're not auto'd as, I'm guessing, the Wings weren't able to get Hossa to sign them so they just put them in storage for another time and forgot about them.

Interesting indeed. Should give UD a call on Monday and let them know how you came to possess these cards - I'm sure they'll ask that you send them back in to them so that they can either go about fulfilling them or destroying them. They would likely send you something in return for your troubles.

There is fail all around on this one.
Hossa not signing = fail
UD not having any accountability for their cards = fail
Make a "HOSSA" nameplate and post an image.
