Questions about Matrix RC Wade/James/Bosh
I have one of these cards, as well as one each of the one with Wade/James/Anthony and James/Wade/Milicic
They look mint to me, have been in the sleeves and toploaders since I got them 4 years ago.
My question is, what are the values on them, and should I keep them as is or take a chance at grading them?
If I were to grade them, how much would I be looking at from PSA?
I should also note that I do not collect basketball and am not a big follower of the sport, either. Just seemed like a good investment at the time.Last edited by knotinmud12; 02-12-2011 at 12:10 PM.

in terms of values on them, the value is worth what someone is willing to pay.

My question is how is the market for graded cards right now? If I decide to grade this would it make it more valuable in the future? I think it would get a solid 9

if i remember correctly...the lebron rookies are from like $6-$8 for the ones with nobody else good on them...$12-$15 for ones with a good 2nd player....and there were 1 or 2 worth right around $25...i believe it had the one was lebron, melo, and wade and the other may have been the lebron, wade, bosh
I do not go to shows or collect much other than buying out collections on ebay or sealed boxes/cases but to me the graded markets is non-existent.But my personal thoughts have always been if it is not say mid 80's and earlier for basketball or a multi hundred dollar card, I do not see the point of grading it. Keep it crisp and in a good storage case. If you want to sell it i dont think the grade is going to bring in much additional $.

if you get a 9 it would probably lower the value anyway. Better off selling those as is

Getting a 9 will sell almost the same as raw copy, but you lose money from the grading. I wouldn't just send 1 card to grade when it is like $10 card. Maybe it would be good idea to wait until you have 100 cards to grade, and tag this card alone.

doesn't really looks like anyone gave a bv for those cards.....
The non-graded cards in beckett...Lebron/Wade/Bosh jumped up to $100 when they all signed with the Heat. I believe the Wade/Lebron/Carmelo is around $25-30 and the 3rd one you listed I think around 15-20.
Grading...I always check to see what the cards go for on Ebay; but that's just me. I don't hit too many shows in my area so not sure on how well cards like that go for in person. I do a lot of Ebay stuff.
hope that helps.

I noticed when the trio James/Wade/Bosh signed with miami that card went for over $100 + but I it looks like it's coming down and averaging around $60 $70 from what i'v been seeing. If a BGS 9.5 hits ebay it might sell a little better but I would sell it now if i was you as the value looks to be coming down. I'm waiting it out myself until they reach $30 or so as I need one for my wade collection lol.

Mine just sold for $70 tonight (can't post links yet, or else I'd link ya). Pretty excited about that, wish I would have found it in the box I did back when Bosh/James signed, but oh well.
