OPC 08-09 Metal Question

What is the difference between an OPC Metal and an OPC Metal X ????


Is this "X" actually a designation or a parallel? Or is it a figment of some sellers imagination?

Yeah, it is an extra Parallel (i.e. Metal and Metal X are different).

Wrong years guys. It still does not help me.

Does somebody have Metal and Metal X from 08-09? Those photos from the other thread have only managed to confuse me more.

Not sure what I'm missing here, but those scans are from 08-09. I don't think OPC did a 'Metal' (X or otherwise) in any other season.

Those are indeed 08-09.

Which reminds me, I promised I'd do the 10-11 version one of these days but there doesn't seem to be as much confusion surrounding this year's set...unless they do something goofy with the Update Set.

Does somebody have other examples? In those 2 photos it only looks like somebody turned down the lighting. All 4 cards look identical, especially the gold and the metal X

Hell.......I never knew that there was a Gold until now.....Lol

I'm quadruple confused. On eBay sellers aren't saying what their parallels are. Could it be that they don't know?

And here I thought that eBay could not possibly be more confusing than UD3 in 98-99, but this is close.

Where would I find that without a link? I cannot go onto the UD Website and look for something like that.

Two things will happen:
