Re: checklist - they're just finishing moving into their new digs. They spent all of last week packing, and they're likely spending most of this week unpacking. Patience is a virtue. :)

As I've said before.....
If I am the head of marketing for UD or Pannini, I get a representative or two to travel with the various teams during the early part of the season and get absolutely everything signed from one team, then move onto the next. You can have everything wrapped-up before Dec. 1st.
What are the card companies doing in the off season? Nothing. Hell they should have every card signed by opening day.
The little bit of dough in Airfare and Hotels pales into comparison the disappointment and angst that the companies customers wallow in, in waiting months for a specific autographed card.
Get on the road Pannini and Upper Deck and do you jobs properly.
I don't bust boxes of cards from companies that leave me dependent on shoddy customer service and delays.
Could be the reason I haven't broken a Hobby Box since 2005. Can't be bothered with UD stupidity,...........Now Pannini.

I can understand that. I have been waiting on redemptions for 18 cards now from Panini, UD is a customer service nightmare and Topps is just lunacy for anything you need from them. they should all just listen for a change and be proactive.

This may be a deal breaker as the most valuable cards from this set are going to be the rookie silhouette signatures and if they're all redemptions people will be mad!
