Looking for Bulk Inserts, #'d, refractors etc lots

Please read entire OP before posting. Thanks

If anybody is looking to dump a bulk lot of unwanted inserts/#'d ect from box breaks or stuff just lying around collecting dust (1996-current)...I may be willing to buy them. I am looking to buy in bulk but will listen to a smaller lot if it meets my needs. I set up at local flea markets and need stuff for my quarter type boxes thus BV is of no concern to me as quarter/fifty cent cards at a high % off of "book value" is what my customers look for. Please note that I am not looking for any base cards (exceptions below). I know my criteria is tough, but I have bought many lots like this off here in the past. Note that if the price is right - I have the paypal ready!!

do you have a per card price that you are looking to pay on bulk lots? I don't have a ton of inserts, but I separate them from my #d stuff so if you want to PM a per card price you'd do on both categories feel free to let me know.
