Ok This Is A Hypothetical Question
This in no way has anything to do with me but just wondering what people would do in this situation. I will usejohn as an example. Let's say john makes 32 trades and sends all his packages out to canada over a 2 month time.He has all the proof that says he sent the cards out to that person.A month and a half goes by and john recieves all his ends of the trades but they do not recieve there's. Would it be right for john to keep all his cards or should he send them back? Again he has proof they got sent but some how just never arrived. What would you do?

i dont think the issue is as black and white as keep the cards or give the cards back
depends on the cards, the other trader, maybe you can send replacements, etc...
all depends on situation

The person ultimately knows they sent them out, and has proof. If they're $5, I'd offer another, but its really on the traders to establish if they want tracking or what they'd consider ok for confirmation. Even US receipts only say the Zip code on them, but the customs form should match up for the address. Id try to work out a solution, how do we decide who loses in a dispute? If you're sending a $500 card out with no tracking or such, you really need to think why they offer these services.
