    is topps good on replacements?

    I opened 3 packs of draftpicks and prospects and pulled a j.j. arrington class marks auto which is scratched on the autosticker.What should I do.plmk

    They were good when i had to send some damaged cards. I got quick turn around in like a week. but that was in like march or before in 2004
