O-Pee-Chee Question: Please Help!
A forum member from another board (not a hockey card related forum) asked me to find out from here the following:
"Just out of curiosity do they still make O-Pee-Chee Premier? I really enjoyed collecting those cards....sort of a competitor to the glossy Upper Deck cards, but still had that old style look to them."
An answer would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Upper Deck has produced the O-Pee Premier set since 07-08. It is a high end product priced at around $175 a pack/box.

OPC Premier is not on the product lineup this year.

Yes, Yes, and Yes!
OPC Premier was produced for the 07-08, 08-09, and 09-10 seasons. The Rookie Cards had their plates inserted into The Cup.
For this year though, the 10-11 season, OPC Premier will NOT be made.

I've heard rumors that they might put OPCP in packs of something else kind of how they are doing ICE this year. A Loop-hole way in their contract and the amount of releses they get this year.
