08-09 Topps Box...SMELLING ROSES!
You know the story...walk into lcs, open a few packs of a fresh box, pull the 1 jsy hit, and leave the box only to find out later there was something massive in the box you left.
Well, that ALMOST happened. A couple packs in I had pulled an Allen Iverson jsy card. Thought for a second and said 'I'm good." I'll open 2 more packs. So I did. Derrick Rose base RC (tough pull for those of you that don't know). Stop, right. Nahhh, 2 more packs.
Eventually I opened the whole box and this is what it yielded:
1 Derrick Rose base RC
Allen Iverson jsy
Carlos Boozer jsy
Donte Greene Rookie Photo Shoot rc auto
And the monster
Derrick Rose Black Border RC /51!!
Yeah, baby!

Wow, that's incredible! Doesn't book as much as you'd think though, which is unfortunate...not that $60 isn't alot, but I'd think it'd be more than that...

Yeah, bv don't mean a THANG on this beauty. Gonna sell for way more than 60. I'll probably sell it locally though cause I know a guy who loves rose. He already said its his. Told me to name my price. Yes!

Yeah, my lcs owner told me if I had left the box he would have called me to tell me what was pulled. Sounds mean, but that's just part of it. I would want to know anyway.
