My Panini NIGHTMARE!!!
I have read countless threads on message boards all around, how people continue to be upset with Panini's Customer service. Typically, I would just say that these individuals are too picky, and just want to complain. But, now I myself have had it.
Over the past few months, I have redeemed 5 cards thru the website. Several times, they have been having issues, where it has "timed out." Last week, I got another redemption from 10-11 R&S. I went ahead and redeemed, with no problems. However, when I looked at my "open redemptions" there were none. I was confused as heck. I for sure had 4 pending, that have been "open" for a long time. So, I tried to re enter the redemptions, and sure enough..."They've already been entered, and cannot be entered again."
So, I called customer Service, and had left 3 messages, and finally got to talk to someone today. They basically told me too bad, so sad. That their computers don't show that "I" had redeemed those cards, even though I have them in hand. Over a span of 3 months, I had redeemed the following cards, and now cannot receive them...

Call them and ask them for confirmation number of shipping. If nothing, that means they haven't shipped yet, and you should be able to see the record online as "pending".

That is terrible. You didn't keep any of the redemptions eh? I for one, especially when you used to have to send them in, always scan them first along with my name and addy just in case something like that happens.

That sucks, I've tried for over a week to enter mine and the damn site won't ever load
