Both are RR-297 from 08-09. Both out of 99.

backs are different and the 1 on the left is twice as thick as the other.

    Thanks for you help

correct me if I am wrong, but the one on the left looks to be the 09-10, one on right is 08-09 redemption. This would be the case for many 09-10 rookies...Myers, Tavares, Duchene...right?

What happened was in 08-09 UD had their redemptions for the 09-10 BAP XRCs. Lots of people redeemed their cards, but almost all of the redemptions were messed up and people got the wrong cards(ie. Tavares redemptions weren't Tavares, some redemptions that weren't suppose suppose to be Tavares were).

So in order to make up for the mistake, UD sent out BAP jersey redemptions of the correct players. However, some of the players didn't have jersey swatches, and incidentally, Reimer was one of them. That's what the card on the left is, the BAP "jersey" redemption that was a player who didn't have a jersey piece

Great post from Jordan. They really messed the bed with the redemptions for that product.

The actual 09-10 Reimer BAP RC looks like this:

Yeah, reading through it I was scratching my head, trying to figure out what the second one was.

I knew about the mix up / replacements - but I thought they were all GU cards. I guess some (like Reimer) wern't?

I've got similar stuff of Taylor Chorney. The BAP RC like that one Richard posted..... the redemption XRC like the one on the right hand side of waf's post..... but the one I have that looks similar to waf's left card is a also a jersey card.
