too late to send to ST?
I had a few that I wanted to send out, but I think it may be too late. Thoughts?

Why would you take that risk ? Just wait until Opening Day to send to their regular season address.

Because guys like Mark McGwire and Bryce Harper might not be signing mail during the season.
I don't think it is too late. People have been getting 10 day turn around times from McGwire and ST isn't over for another 10 days.

I sent 7 out on Monday. I figured most of the ones I sent were going to Grapefruit League and since I go to school near most of the Spring Training sites it would only take a day maybe two to get there and being that there was about 2 weeks left at that point, the letters definitely should get to the players before they leave.

hey do you guys think that Harper will sign custom cards? I know some guys only sign licensed cards due to his contract?

I got unlicensed photos signed in person last fall, so you can take that for what it is worth.

I set my deadline for today, but depending on the player's habits I would say by Saturday.
