    I e-mailed about the damaged cards in my Victory case. They asked for photos of the cards, which I sent in, and they replied within a few days with a case number saying they had sent something in the post. Still waiting, but that's being in the UK for you!

    If the product is recent, say released in this season, you should call them and make them replace those hits. It's worth a try, anyway.

    They sometimes don't require the actual cards, but just pictures? As much as I like that idea for speed of service it seems risky with PS out there. Going to call them today
