Thanks everyone.
It's first Spellbound set Truex has had, so I had to put it together. The last 'R' was hard to find, but I got a great deal on it. It was listed poorly with a bad picture and no mention of numbering.
If Waltrip was trying to mark Owensboro, he is really bad with geography. That is not where Owensboro is, it looks like he was marking Mayfield or Murray, KY.
