My weekend! :D

I must say, my weekend went great!!
Had nothing but fun for the last 4 days.

On Thursday, I headed to Blountville for the Brad Keselowski Miller Lite signing at Food City, and it was awesome!
I took my Sheetmetal of his, my 1/24's, a 1/64, my hats, and a Hero Card, and he signed everything, and was very happy to do so.
Throughout the whole night, I had talked to him for about 15 minutes and he talked back like we had been friends forever!
He was very down to Earth, signed everything that was put in front of him, and talked to every single person that he signed stuff for.
I stuck around until he was done, and since there wasnt many people there, it gave me all of the chances to talk to him, and get everything signed.
Took tons of pics of him, and even took a great one of us together.
When he was about to leave, he was standing up talking to his Manager, and I walked up and said, "So, those Miller Lite girls look goood, huh?" and he said, "Ohhh yeah. Dont have to worry about that!"
Then I told him good luck and to bring home a win, and he gave me a really firm hand shake, and just smiled and said, "Thats the plan! Thanks for the support man" and gave me a pat on the back when I started to walk away.
He didnt act like he was bored, in a hurry, or didnt want to be there or sign.
He looked around the store for a little while, and smiled at everyone when he walked by.
Hell, I was taking a pic of him when he first walked by me, and he was courteous enough to look at the camera I had and smile, instead of just keep walking and looking forward.
I must say, it honestly made me twice the fan that I was before!

On Friday, nothing really happened...
BUT, I did buy the tickets for the Nationwide race (for $10 each!!), met my friend Josh (coolfool), and picked up a Keselowski 2011 1/24 Discount Tire Dodge
Also picked up 3 new 1/64's.
Decided we would sleep in the car, to save a trip back and forth from Friday to Saturday, and that wasnt really the most fun haha.

Saturday, I got a new Keselowski Miller Lite Pit Cap and lanyard.
Also picked up the full Program package (1/64, program, shirt, poster), and then we went and watched the Nationwide race.
Must say, it was fun seeing all of the Kyle Busch haters (including me) booing and shooting the bird when Kyle was being introduced and when he won.
Then, on the way back, we missed a turn, got a little lost, turned around, and we were back heading the right way.
REALLY glad that we had that delay!
On the way back, we stopped at a rest stop, and dad managed to pick up tickets to the Sprint Cup race for $15 each!!!!

Finally, today we got there a little after 12:00.
So, we managed to meet a guy who would give us a lift to the front gate for $5...we DEFINATELY took it, as we were about 2 miles from the track.
We get there, and just in time for the Driver Intros....unfortunately we only got to see Edwards' intro. :-/
Found our seats, and watched Kyle Busch do the Bristol sweep...AGAIN! lol
Although I wanted Carl or Brad to win this weekend, it was awesome to see Busch win, and Im getting the 1/24 raced versions when they come out :)

Id say we walked a good 10 - 15 miles this weekend!!
Cant wait to go back in August to the Nationwide race!
Hopefully we get more tickets for $20 and $30 haha.

LOL I just cant believe Kyle thinks that he doesnt deserve any payback for Phoenix just because he apologized-he wrecked the best car in the field-accident or not hes got one coming-I cant believe he thinks thats wrong LOL-he obviously dont know how Carl works-he should go talk to his buddy Kez about that...

maybe. Who knows-if he is I doubt its working much-im not too concerned about Kyle winning at Bristol and Dover and Richmond-those are his tracks. For me right now I feel good since technically Carl's worst finish in 4 months outside of being wrecked at Phoenix has been 2nd LOL
