Second card(dude with 3feedback): Bid activity (%) with this seller: 93%

Or make him waste some more time by buying it and never paying.

    The seller obviously has issues.

The closed auction was a clear shill. My guess is that the eventual winner pointed it out since it shows the 'retraction' and re-bid to max and it resulted in a 'no-sale'.

The new listing, though, looks like he may have just set a 'silent reserve' (still wrong) which has been passed as of right now. The top three bidders at the time of my post, s***n(1612), 7***5(764) & b***6(584), all show 0% activity with this seller over the last month and each has over 100 bids.

I would leave it alone based on the seller's track record (I wouldn't be surprised if he shills it later), but if you really want the Kane - it's your money and call! (Please don't bid and not pay - it really helps nobody and it only encourages these guys to keep relisting without having to pay fees)

That is disgusting. He's getting an extra $20+ on some of his auctions due to the shill bids.
eBay should ban him. But then he'd just sign up again with more accounts and do it again.

Sorry, I'm not trying to steal this thread but I'm wondering this. If a seller has a card that I want and I'm outbid by a few pennies and then the same card is available (same card #) by the same seller and again I'm outbid by pennies and the seller relists the same item again. Is this shill bidding or at least an attempt? Also I should mention that I spoke with the seller and found out that they wanted a certain amount for the card but only set it at .99 cents starting price. This person has somebody with over 1000 feedback bidding on thier stuff to raise the price, in some cases it's 1 bid and then the card is relisted because nobody else bids on it. I know this is dirty pool no matter what but is this shill bidding?

yes it is....he uses different accounts to get more money..and and READ EBAY RULES

1st off if the card sells it sells...2nd..if you want a certain amount for the cards put it BIN..or with a reserve auction
