Two Nice 08/09 Fleer Rack Packs!
Saw these marked down at my local Wal Mart and, since I loved this set, I grabbed two. At $2.99 each, I wasn't out much if I didn't get anything. I was just happy to get some base cards of my favorite set! These work great for getting autographs...I recently got one signed by Durant! Anyway, here's how I did:

A Derrick Rose Base Rookie, as well as an 86/87 Rookie Parallel of his!
Totally forgot this was Rose's rookie year, so I was pretty pumped to pull these...actually, I didn't realize they were rookies at first! I thought they were second year cards, so I was even happier when I realized that. My head wasn't all the way there I guess, ha. Only the stuff marked PC is not for trade...probably only moving the Roses for a Dwight or KD rookie I need...Thanks for reading, comments appreciated!

Wow, thanks for pointing that out. I just checked eBay and the Retro Rookies are bringing $15-$20 at the moment! Didn't expect that, but I sure can't complain! On that note...I'm keeping the base rookie, but the Retro is for trade or sale.

Thanks! I opened quite a few packs of this stuff back in early '09 and did not pull a single Rose. The best part is that I grabbed the first pack because a Kosta Koufos rookie was visible (for my OSU PC) and the second pack was showing a Zydrunas Ilguaskas base (a guy I'm a fan of). Rather than hunt through the packs searching for Rose, it was nice to pull a couple valuable cards along with my PC guys!

Nice job with the Rose rcs, i'd be interested in maybe trading for the one your not keeping. Only got one Howard rc, but thought maybe see if I have other stuff your interested in, pm me.
