    Im not positive but I think what that raw card grading is for is, they will take a quick glance at the card for a reduced price and give you an idea that way if it is going to get like a 5 than you dont have to pay full price and worry about trying to break it out of the case but if they say it will probably get a 9 then you can add the extra money to have the grading process run through all the way and get it slabbed.

    theres a small charge to have it slabbed and you have to pay for insured shipping both ways. its easy to take a card out of a BGS RCR case. just get a good pair of scissors & cut through the label. card will slide right out.
