ebay problem what should i do
hi i sold a card and i message the buyer,hi was wondering when your gonna pay for the card you, after 7 days no answer ,so usually when i start a claim it gets there attention .and heres the reponse i get
What a work of art you are? You put in a non payment claim? I was f*****g out of town with my daughter at the hospital in K****** getting her chemo for her cancer. All you had to do was look at my feed back and see that I have always paid quickly. Take the ™™™™ing money and shove it up your a**. I have seen your feedback, 13 neutrals! See mine, perfect. You are classless
so what do you s think i should do now ,i will send the card to him ,then he is gonna leave negative or neutral feedback just like what happened before from 1 other buyer that left 13 neutrals because they do not wanna pay within 7 days or at least contact me and let me know when they are gonna pay .

You aren't Kreskin, how are you to know that he has a sick child.
His behaviour is uncalled for. As long as you aren't losing anything, don't sweat it. If you are worried about a Neg. Then cancel the entire auction. You can still do that. Request from eBay to have any Feedback template removed. Use their C/S phone link after you cancel the auction.
Relist the card and move on.Last edited by centrehice; 03-29-2011 at 11:47 AM.

No way for you to know about it, and you've done nothing wrong. 7 days is plenty of time to wait.
I'm guessing you tried to contact him (either be resending invoices, or a note directly) a couple of times.... and it took the 'non-payer' thing to make him respond.
If he pays, obviously send him the card. If he doesn't - as sad as it is that his daughter is sick, that doesn't mean you should be left holding the bag on transactoin that he won't complete. Get your fees back from eBay, and relist it. IF you send and he leaves neutral or negative...... you can always try appealing it (though I know that doesn't work very well).

If He pays, don't worry. Automatically refund the money and cancel the auction.
When another week goes by and he does not respond, the auction is auto-cancelled, and all feedback templates removed.
Bottom line is to cancel the entire auction, refund or not.

I have all the sympathy in the world for what the buyer is going through with his daughter, but he has to take those commitments into account when bidding on Ebay auctions. I don't think you have done anything wrong here.
The only thing classless about the transaction seems to be his response. We all have problems or challenges in our lives, but that doesn't excuse us from having to hold up our side of a deal. I would follow the advice about cancelling the auction and just move on, there's no need to waste your time.

Wouldn't happen to be the UM10 Sakic Champions auto that I tried for several months to make a trade or buy from you that you ended up accepting $20 less ON eBay for afterall, would it?
