Tips to improve my bucket
Hello everyone,
I have had a bucket up for a couple months now and just wanted to get some tips on how I can improve it. Have a look and let me know.
Was thinking about these things, as well as others to improve on it.
Should I make a high end album?(only thing is it would be a mix of auto/gu/patches)my other albums are all marked with specific items such as autographs, Rookies,
Should I scan all my rookies individually? I have done this with the auto's and game used but still wondering about the rookies album.
Have a look like I said if you dont mind and any reply good or bad is great with me looking for some tips!

I have a couple suggestions. First, I like the choice of folders you have made. I would suggest that you "tag" all your traders by team. This makes it much faster for a team collector to search your bucket. Second, I would edit the picture titles to start with last names followed by year and set name. I would then sort them by title name. Other than that, it looks good. Feel free to take a look at mine.
I should add: a rookie folder would be nice but do not do group scans. They can be tedious to look at.Last edited by habsheaven; 03-30-2011 at 12:59 PM. Reason: added comment

Use the SCF Inventory. :)
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

While in an album you go into "organize" near the top and above all the images there will be a "sort current album by", open the drop down menu and choose "alpha by title".

You could split up jerseys and patches. I know personally I would look at a patches folder before looking at a jerseys folder. Also a high end folder is a must I think, lots of people look for high end before anything else. Also individual pics I prefer over group shots, unless it is base or low end inserts.

Why do people use photobucket? Its very tedious to look through. I love looking at sale/trade posts that have the images in the post but I won't bother with one that say look in my bucket.
If I ever stop being lazy I'd either do a blog or a web page. With a blog you could tag each post to help sort. I haven't spent much time with the SCF inventory.
