    UD and NHL Licensing

    I seem to remember that Upper Deck lost their NHL License. How is it, then, that they are still producing cards? And use NHL and team logos.

    They never lost their license. The NHL (and PA) just ended the exlusive they had.

    Upper Deck and Panini are both licensed manufacturers.
