Any CS Reps on here? Missing threads, missing sigs

Hey, are there any reps on here or is it just for SCF members? Panini has disappointed me on a few different levels this year. Starting with my first box of Donruss, pulling a Brayden Schenn Rookie Threads card with a big empty hole where the swatch should be. Every other Rated Rookie I have pulled has had a white box like an autographed rookie, but there is no signature. This made pulling these cards a drag, as I would always see a signature box and never pull an actual sig card. The last thing that makes me want to not purchase Panini products is their delays on product releases. The process for getting my Threads card replaced has yielded many phone calls leading to hours of holding, as well as the involuntary sign-up as a Panini member. Although they have bought up my favourite franchises (Crown Royal, Zenith, Pinnacle, Donruss) it seems there will be more negatives than positives to buying their product.
I hope other members have had more success with these boxes, and good luck to those pursuing this product. Have lots of it to trade.

The rated rookies in Donruss are not auto'd unless you pull the much rarer auto'd version which are #'d /100. Hard to pull one.
