Anyone seen this card before??

Ive been trying to complete my WWF Comic Images Superstarz & Smackdown auto sets.

I came across this card and bought it right away.
Its from the 1999 Smackdown set, apparently it was unreleased in packs. The card itself is named PMS, they were the Pretty Mean Sisters (Jacqueline, Terri Runnels, and Ryan Shamrock) it only has Terri Runnels autograph on it.
I was just wondering if anyone knows any details on it and what its worth as it is not listed at wrestlingcards.com or in the wrestling card price guide. Also wanted to know if this card exists with all 3 girls signatures.

On a side note also want to know what other cards were not released in these sets, I have heard of these from the superstarz set - Animal, X-pac, Mark Henry, & Undertaker, but have no idea on unofficial cards from the smackdown set.

Animal was not released though I recall a couple of them made their way into the hobby via eBay

From Superstarz I have seen Animal and I want to say XPac but do not know whether or not they were legit.
I have never seen the card you have. Never heard of it's existence. I have all the autographs that I thought were released. In fact, the only cards I need from the set are the gold signature card of Undertaker and the Austin Gold signature variant.
