What About Rinne?
BY: Patrick_Hoffman
When talking about NHL goaltenders who should be up for the Vezina Trophy as the league’s best goalie this season, hockey fans and pundits seem to throw out the same names every season.
They talk about Carey Price of the Montreal Canadiens, Tim Thomas of the Boston Bruins, Robert Luongo of the Vancouver Canucks, Marc-Andre Fleury of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Henrik Lundqvist of the New York Rangers. While all these netminders are all well-deserving of the prestigious trophy, there is one name that does not get the credit he deserves: Pekka Rinne of the Nashville Predators.
