Value opinions needed...
Hey guys, I am trying to make a trade for a Fleury Titanium RC /99 for my set. None have sold on eBay and I am trading by cash value not BV. What is a realistic cash value for this card?
Thanks guys!

$200 would be a fair price. I could see more though as it's a widely collected set and you could see a bidding war on eBay if one of those popped up.

$200? Wow...the BV is lower than that. I was thinking between $70 and $100.

I had the highest rated rookie card of that Titanium series the moment it came out.
It was a Nikolai Zherdev RC #/99. I sold it 3 days after the product was launched, with a BIN of $135.00. Fleury's at that time were selling for $50.00 for the very same card.
That should give you some indication that $200.00 is Pie In The Sky.

That's the one I'm trading for. So maybe $60-$70 then?

$60-70 Tops. If you think you can get the exact same money 5 years from now. It all depends on how badly you need the card.
Don't get me wrong, Fleury is a decent minder, but he has won nothing as a regular season guy, may not ever win a Vezina, and was adequate if not average in his Cup Year.
At some point, performance and caution should be exhibited, the performance by him, the caution by you, before you would consider perhaps overpaying.

I think about $50-$75. It could sell for much more, though.

I offered my Havlat Titanium RC /99 BGS 9 for it, do you guys think that's fair?

Depends on the person, some value the grading more then others. It may depend what he thinks he can get for the Havlat? "On paper" its seems a reasonable offer but then again how many of us are reasonable lol.
