    Tropicana Field IP

I spend a lot of time at the Trop and I generally get plenty of autographs right next to the dugout of the visitng team. I am interested in trying to get some autographs at the visiting players' entrance or Rays players' entrance. Where are the player lots and entrances and do they sign much there? Also, in general for MLB games how early do players arrive? Any help is appreciated.

Players vary as to the times they come in for the game. For example, for a 1 o'clock game they might arrive at 10 or 11. It depends on whether they want to work in the cages or have a bullpen session to throw. Some big league parks won't let you get too close to the players entrance. I know at Yankee Stadium I have struck out every time as the players leave. Perhaps the Trop is more fan friendly. Good luck, I hope you get the graphs you want.
