Cleaning toploaders?

I have like 100+ Toploaders that have tape on them and stuff from mail. How do I clean these to look like new again?

There is a product called Goo Gone which is an adhesive remover. You could maybe try that.

Honestly i usually just buy a new pack or two 8)

New ones will cost less than whatever cleaning or adhesive remover you would buy,but like Vayden suggested goo gone works really good,we use it at work to take the stickiness of headbeds off of backboards.

Probably better off to just buy some new ones. I know I got a huge lot of them from someone so I'm all set for a while. Only issue is they are used, but just scratches and what not on them. But they are serving there purpose. The gunked up ones with tape I just use them when sending out a trade.

I always send trades, sells, and even store cards for the flea market in the newest top loads appropriate.

I understand not everyone is in the position to keep an ongoing supply of them. Given the price point of quality top loads which are priced in bulk at $0.04 per on eBay, it makes sense to show your care by going this route.

I dont have anywhere to get new toploaders in my town so I do the same as roaddogg. I just ship in the ones with tape because I like to tape my shipments anyway for safety purposes.

whenever I get mail in I always change the toploader anyway and assume that people do the same (yes, I know what assuming makes me, haha).

Hopefully it doesnt upset anyway when they receive shipments from me in taped toploaders but Im yet to have any complaints. Ill take a tape covered toploader over a damaged card any day...

I get toploaders that look as they have been used before due to the tape. So I just have a whole little section with "trade supplies" Plus I don't really care about my cards being in toploaders after I get them. My stuff I trade for is usually cards to get signed, then they go right in pages.

fingernail polish remover also works well for removing adhesive residue, but I'd just buy some new ones.

Works fine on top loaders, just don't get any inside and gently wash them w/ a damp cloth afterward.
