Any one ever heard of one of these? The guy said they were never inserted in packs because they were suposed to go straight to NFL Player Inc. ????

He says he has most of the cards from the 2000 UD Graded set. All with no serial numbers. All the cards in the set are suposed to be serial nimbered at least the rookies I thought. I have Most of the rookies from the set and they are all serial numbered and slabbed straight out of the pack. This is confusing. Any help would be appreciated.
