    Stephan Harper Autograph

    I forget when, but at one point in time you could email the Canadian government and have a certificate signed by the prime minister of Canada (Stephan Harper) to congratulate you on a special birthday or something like that. So after a prank went wrong (ended up spelling my principle's name wrong) I am left with this certificate. Any ideas on value?
    And yes, that's a real pen-auto. If any one has any idea on what it may be worth, please let me know. Considering putting it on ebay.

    Honestly, I would say not much. Anyone (even foreigners) have been able to email the Canadian government and request an autograph of Harper.
